We service your machine right here in Bathurst with our Bernina trained technician. We have set prices for servicing, and if your machine requires a repair, we will let you know the cost in advance.
Turnaround for a general service is typically 7 days. If we have to order in parts, it can take a little longer.

To get the most from your machine....
Regular maintenance at home will help to keep your Bernina (and bernette!) running longer:
1. Keep the machine dust free - use a cover when not in use. Only use a damp cloth to wipe the machine down, and NEVER use a spray cleaner on your machine.
2. Clean under the stitch plate and bobbin area after every project.
3. Oil your machine and change your needle before each new project
